Last night we held our first social gathering as presented by Creator Resource. The wonderful folks at Page & Panel were kind enough to host us and provide staff and snacks for the event (thank you Miles, Dylan, and Jenn for your hard work).
The event was an overwhelming success with a fantastic turnout. You’re gonna have to take my word on it though because no photos were taken – whoops, sorry…we were too busy talking to amazing creators!
There’s not much to recap here but I wanted to thank folks for joining us, and to say that we’re definitely hoping to run follow-up events in the coming months to bring creators together.
The other thing I wanted to say was that if you aren’t in Toronto and want to connect with other creators in your city, we’d love to help you make an event happen to bring your local comic pros together. Let us know if we can be of any assistance and we’ll happily do our best to help in any way possible.
